It is absolutely FREE to ask a query or to do phone or video consultation with doctors on onlinecliniq.com for a limited period.Since we are launching our website and to promote telemedicine or telehealth we are providing FREE services.
3. WHEN DO I USE ONLINECLINIQ?
- I cannot take a leave from my work or miss an important lecture in my college or university.
- I am travelling tomorrow and cannot visit a doctor.
- I moved to new city and I do not know any doctor.
- My doctor’s hospital is closed and I do not want to go emergency or urgent care.

8. WHAT IS TELEMEDICINE/TELEHEALTH NOT FOR?
Onlinecliniq is not for emergencies .So you should not use this website for life threatening condition, suicidality or substance abuse.
Conditions which cannot be treated by telemedicine/telehealth are chronic medical conditions,stroke,seizure,sudden bleeding, difficult in breathing,chest pain,choking or gagging ,head injury, broken or fracture bones,cancer,sudden bleeding,patients who want to hurt themselves (suicidality) or patients who want to hurt others(homicidality)etc.
9. HOW DOES DOCTORS GET RATING ON ONLINECLINIQ?
Patients rate them when they get answer by doctors via query,phone or video consultation.
10. CAN THEY DIAGNOSE MY CONDITION?
Yes if medically it is possible. They can tell the user or patients to do some tests if required and later upload the reports which will aid in diagnosis of the medical conditions.If further examination is needed the doctor will tell patient that it requires physical examination or he/she needs to consult different speciality doctor.
